Introduction

ClawSwarm ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI agent orchestration platform operated by AgentAwake. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our services.

Data We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile data provided through Clerk authentication.
  • Organization data: Organization name, membership, and role information.
  • Usage data: Activity logs, analytics, task and goal content, agent configurations, and workflow definitions you create on the platform.
  • API keys: Third-party API keys you provide (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage. We never access or use your keys for any purpose other than executing agent tasks on your behalf.
  • Billing information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

How Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in a Convex cloud database with organization-level isolation. API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before being persisted, ensuring they cannot be read even in the event of a database breach. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ClawSwarm:

  • Clerk — Authentication and user management.
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Convex — Cloud database and real-time backend infrastructure.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery.
  • OpenClaw — AI agent execution engine for running tasks and workflows.

Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Data Retention

  • Activity logs: Retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.
  • Stream events: Retained for 24 hours for real-time monitoring, then automatically deleted.
  • Goals, tasks, and other content: Retained until you explicitly delete them or delete your organization.
  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account. Deleted upon account termination and completion of any required retention period.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data at any time through the platform dashboard.
  • Export all of your organization data in a machine-readable format via the Settings page.
  • Delete your data, including full organization data deletion, via the Settings page.
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data by updating your profile.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time by deleting your account.

Cookies

We use essential cookies provided by Clerk to manage your authentication session. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies.

GDPR Compliance

ClawSwarm is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process personal data on the legal basis of contract performance (to provide our service) and legitimate interest (to improve and secure our platform). You may exercise any of your rights under GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and restriction of processing, by contacting us or using the self-service tools in your Settings page.

Children's Privacy

ClawSwarm is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
